Barnängen 6 is a class A office property and the acquisition is made by Blackstone Property Partners Europe (“BPPE”). BPPE is Blackstone's European core fund that can own and manage assets without a remote time limit. The fund's focus is on high-quality and well-located properties in logistics, housing and offices throughout Europe.

The property is located in the tech-intensive part of Södermalm. The property is in practice fully let, with Spotify as the largest tenant.

Scius will remain responsible for property management.
