NCC Constructs Zenit’s Final Phase in Aarhus

Denmark — NCC has started the third phase of the office project Zenit Company House in Aarhus, Denmark.

The first phase, encompassing 10,000 sqm, was finished in 2010. Nordea, Pension Danmark and Lakarnas Pensionskassa own the property.

The second phase, encompassing 6,300 sqm, was finished in 2014. PKA owns that property and it is fully leased.

NCC now moves forward with the third phase, encompassing approximately 3,400 sqm.

The leasing work has begun and is expected to be finished in conjunction with the finalization in December 2016.
