Jenni Ervasti has been working as a director with various corporate finance assignments for over 10 years and she has an extensive experience especially from M&A and capital markets transactions. At the moment Jenni works as a director at KPMG Corporate Finance. Her former employers include Evac Group, Aventum Partners and PwC. At Catella, Jenni will work as a director with responsibility of developing Catella’s Debt Advisory -business in Finland and managing real estate related transaction processes as a part of the Helsinki Corporate Finance team. Jenni will start working at Catella on June 7th, 2021.
