The project on Zander Kaaes gate by Bergen station encompasses 14,900 sqm office spaces.
Approximately 90 percent is leased to Norwegian Konkurransetilsynet, KLP, Folkhelseinstituttet and Kristian G Jebsens Skibsrederi. The property is planned to be Breeam certified on the level ‘Very Good’.
