The divested asset was the architecturally and historically significant building called Leipätehdas in Sörnäinen originating from 1923 and expanded in 1955. Currently, the building offers mainly modern office premises. The unique red-brick building consists of approximately 13,500 square metres of lettable area on seven floors and three intermediate floors. The building has a unique layout providing flexibility and convertibility for a variety of needs and exceptional ceiling height of over 5 metres.
