Nordic Transaction Volume at €1,700 M in January

Nordic — According to Pangea Property Partners, the transaction volume on the Nordic real estate market reached €1,700 M in January.<br /> According to Pangea, 56 business deals were made in January.

In Sweden 28 deals were made at a value of approximately €800 M.

In Norway delas were made at a value of €400 M.

In Denmark the volume reached €500 M in January. Here two larger cross border deals were made, with Patrizia and Citycon on the purchase side.

No greater deals were made in Finland, the volumes only reached €25 M.
