Niam purchased the leasehold in 2008, as a part of the large deal with Vasakronan.
Niam has since renegotiated and extended their lease and environmentally certified the office building according to Miljöbyggnad Silver.
Klövern will take possession of the property on June 1st 2015. CBRE were advisors to the seller Niam.
Klövern also purchases the property Majorna 220:4 from Aberdeen Fastighetsfond for approximately MSEK 90 (€10M).
The property encompasses approximately 6,000 sqm. Aberdeen purchased the property in 2006 for MSEK 54 (€6M).
Catella were Aberdeen’s advisors. Klövern will take possession on April 1st.

Klövern is one of the larger real estate companies in Sweden specializing in commercial premises. As at 31December 2014, the properties were valued at SEK30.2 billion (€3.2 billion) and the rental value was SEK3.0 billion (€322M).The Klövern share is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
