Heimstaden is a leading European residential real estate company which provides 150,000 Friendly Homes across nine countries. Last year, Heimstaden acquired Akelius’ portfolio in Germany, Denmark, and Sweden, the largest residential transaction in Europe in 2021.  

Jordan has as Head of Europe at Akelius been responsible for operations in the company.  He will start in his new role 1 March 2022 and will report to Deputy CEO Helge Krogsbøl.
