The Finnish investment service provider Confido Group and Catella Asset Management established a new investment company: lndlog Properties Oy.
The strategy of the company is to invest in small-scale industrial and logistics properties in Finland. The company aims to develop a portfolio of circa EUR 100 million in the next few years.
lndlog Properties made its first investment by acquiring a portfolio of six properties with a total area of 20,000 sqm from CTV Properties Ab.
