“We divest every now and then. This property has ben ours for twelve years and we sell it not since we are looking for new investments” says Ståle G. Simonsen from Midgard Group.
 
It is all about Eldoragogården in downtown Bergen. The rental income for the approximately 4,000 sqm large property amounts to MNOK 6,3.
 
“It is an older property but in good condition” says Simonsen.
 
With a yield of seven percent the price is approximately MNOK 90 (€9,6 M). Petter Grevstad Theodorsen at Eiendomsmegler 1 Næring does not want to discuss the price.
 
“We are not discussing the price, it is up to the market to decide what the property is worth” he says.
