Access will take place during the first quarter of 2024. The project is located in a completely unique location on Kungsholmen with Riddarfjärden around the house knot.

"It is not often that an opportunity like this is given in lower Kungsholmen and the acquisition is completely in line with our strategy to develop premium housing in attractive locations in Stockholm. Access will only take place at the beginning of 2024, which gives us plenty of time to carefully work out a building permit for the new residential building that will enrich the site with new life," says Andreas Holmberg, CEO at Patriam.

The intention of the project is to create timeless and progressive architecture together with the market's leading architects. Building sustainably and energy efficiently is a matter of course for Patriam, which has always had high ambitions in this regard.

"Here we can develop a Patriambostad that belongs in the area next to Norr Mälarstrand on Kungsholmen, with well-thought-out functionality, durable and qualitative material choices and with timeless architecture," says Fredrik Andren, Development Manager at Patriam.

The underlying property value amounts to SEK 75 million.
