Of the agreed, 70 apartments are either under construction or completed, and their sales will be booked in Q3 result. In addition, YIT has signed agreements on the construction of two residential projects for investors. The projects will comprise around 120 apartments, of which the construction for approximately 50 apartments will begin on Q3 and for the rest on Q4.
