Fabritius Acquires Logistics Property from Pareto

Norway — Fabritius Gruppen has bought a logistics property in Frogner in Oslo from Pareto. The transaction cost is approximately MNOK 200 (EUR 22M).

The property in Frogner in western Oslo has Freja Transport & Logistics as tenant.

”After the sale of Ulven, Fabritius Gruppen wants to build a property portfolio in the axis of Greater Oslo to Gardemoen,” says Asgeir Solheim, director of Fabritius Gruppen.
