The six storey property was raised in 2012 and is one of three properties that share the charachteristic sail shaped roof on Tjuvholmen, designed by renowned architect Renzo Piano.
The lettable are is 9,968 sqm. The law firm BA-HR is the tenant with a lease that expires in 2031.
