Lillestrøm Torv was owned 100 percent by Steen & Strøm AS. The buyer is DNB Scandinavian Property Fund DA.
The disposal is in line with Steen & Strøm’s asset rotation strategy for optimizing its portfolio. Steen & Strøm will, through the sale, strengthen the financial position of the group, and release additional financial capacity to fund development projects in the group’s pipeline as well as potential acquisitions in Scandinavia. The agreement is not subject to any material conditions, and the closing of the sale will be made effective in January 2017.

Steen & Strøm has entered into an agreement for the sale of the shopping center Lillestrøm Torv, Norway (21,601 sq.m). The sale is based on a property value of MNOK 800 (EUR 88.5M), and is structured as a share deal.
