Nivika acquires two commercial properties in Varberg with a total of 4,176 square meters of lettable space. The property's value amounts to approximately SEK 49 million and the acquisitions are so-called sale and leaseback deals where the sellers as well as the tenants are JSM Holding AB and S.B.S. Steam Boiler Service AB.

"We are happy to be able to continue growing in Varberg and supplement our portfolio with these strategically located properties. The acquisitions are in line with Nivika's strategy to continue growing with high-yielding properties in selected locations," says Niclas Bergman, CEO of Nivika.


Annual rental value amounts to SEK 3.7 million with an average contract period of five years. The properties were acquired during the second half of March.
