Sweden — SLP has acquired and taken ownership of a logistics property, Stigamo 1:66, with building rights in northern Stigamo. The land area amounts to approximately 38,500 square meters and the property has a zooning plan that allows approximately 60 percent utilization rate, which enables new construction of approximately 23,000 square meters. SLP also owns the neighboring property Stigamo 1:47. The seller is Nivika.

Sweden — The property value amounts to approximately SEK 49 million and the annual rental value amounts to SEK 3.7 million with an average contract period of five years. The properties were acquired during the second half of March.

Sweden — After 25 years as president and CEO at Nivika, Niclas Bergman has informed Nivika's board that he is leaving the position as president and CEO. The work to recruit a new president and CEO will begin immediately.

Sweden — Nivika has acquired a property portfolio consisting of residential with commercial parts in central Ulricehamn.

Sweden — Nivika has signed an exclusivity agreement with a real estate company in Borås. With the agreement, the real estate company undertakes not to enter into discussions or negotiations with other companies until 31 October. The agreement gives Nivika the opportunity to continue evaluating the property portfolio of approximately SEK 1.5 billion and negotiate commercial terms with exclusivity.
