Nivika has sold its two properties in central Eksjö with a total lettable area of 3,250 square meters. The sale takes place via property transactions and is just above the properties' book value.

The annual rental value amounts to approximately SEK 3.5 million.

"We are happy to do this business with Norrgården's Administration, which is a strong local player that, like Nivika, wants to contribute to vibrant city centers. The divestment is in line with Nivika's strategy of concentrating its geography and optimizing management," says Niclas Bergman, CEO for Nivika.
