Nivika Fastigheter has signed an agreement to acquire the property Jönköping Överkanten 4 along the E4 in Jönköping. The property comprises approximately 4,000 square meters of lettable space and is adjacent to an existing owned property. The underlying property value amounts to approximately SEK 50 million (EUR 4.6 million) and access is planned for the turn of the year 2025/2026. The seller is OFAB Förvaltnings AB.
"This acquisition is well in line with our strategy. Our local presence enables piecemeal deals in individual markets to build clusters and the acquisition strengthens our presence in Jönköping. Acquiring the neighboring property enables development of the area and we see potential in growing with existing and new tenants," says Sverker Källgården, CEO of Nivika Fastigheter.
A&P Fastighetstransaktioner has been the seller's advisor in the deal.
