The price is about EUR 22M. Coop, Møbelringen and Circle K are tenants with long leases, an average of twelve years. Cushman & Wakefield Realkapital has mediated the transaction.
 
“The buyer is a Carnegie company and the seller is Nordenfjeldske Eiendomsfond. We cannot say the exact price, but the annual rental income is estimated to approximately EUR 1,5M.
