The price is about EUR 22M. Coop, Møbelringen and Circle K are tenants with long leases, an average of twelve years. Cushman & Wakefield Realkapital has mediated the transaction.
“The buyer is a Carnegie company and the seller is Nordenfjeldske Eiendomsfond. We cannot say the exact price, but the annual rental income is estimated to approximately EUR 1,5M. If we assume a yield of seven percent you reach a property value of around EUR 22M,” says Erik Nic. Ingebrigtsen, partner at Cushman & Wakefield Realcapital tells Estate News.
