The headquarters, located at Kjøyta outside Kvadraturen in Kristiansand, was built in 2010. The property consists of 23,000 square meters, including parking. According to Dagens Næringsliv Kristiansand Næringsselskap has sold the property to a company established by Arctic Securities. DNB Næringsmegling has been the broker in the transaction. The transaction price was MNOK 560 (EUR 62M).
”It has been a very good business, but it is not strategically important for us to own such a building for a long time,” says Managing Director Jan Omli Larsen of Kristiansand Næringsselskap to DN.
