It was AP Ejendomme took home the victory, on the basis of a beautiful architectural proposal and great sustainability ambitions, which will complete the development of the harbor stretch at Copenhagen's South Harbor. The sale of Enghave Brygge is the largest single sale in By & Havn's history.
