The plots sold have been as follows:
- 9,000 sqm and 3,400 sqm to a new consortium between NREP and Arkitektgruppen. A total of 49 town houses and 54 apartments on two construction fields.
- Pension Danmark purchases 9,100 sqm with KPC as general contractor. A total of 28 houses with 2-3 floors and 67 apartments corresponding to 9,100 sqm.
- 7,600 and 9,200 sqm to PFA Ejendomme, cooperating with Agenda Egenskap on development. A total of 50 townhouses and 112 apartments.
- An area for 123 charitable apartments in the northern part to AAB, and an area corresponding to 136 apartments in the south to NREP and Arkitektgruppen. A total of 26,200 sqm apartments and 1,800 sqm daycare.
- An area for construction area of 21,500 sqm apartments + 1,800 sqm institutions. And in addition another construction area which in total gives the opportunity to construct 21,000 sqm apartments. Here Fastighets AB Balder purchases a total of 457 apartments.
- One area is sold to Obel-LFI Ejendomme. Cobrahave consists of 217 apartments corresponding to 21,000 sqm.
The many apartments will be construction within the next few years, and the first projects start construction already this year.
