Denmark — Niam is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Danish speciality property management company Futurum ApS. With its team of 25 employees, Futurum holds a deep segment expertise complemented with all necessary systems and processes in place for residential management.

Sweden — Niam has acquired 318 apartments in central Uppsala from Slättö.

Denmark — Niam has signed an agreement to acquire a property located in the North Harbor area of Copenhagen. The office property, comprising approximately 8,600 sqm, has been acquired from the Confederation of Danish Industry who has outgrown the property and moved to larger premises.
