Sweden — Balder is acquiring 50 per cent of the shares in Karlatornet AB, becomes a shareholder in Serneke Group and has agreed on the acquisition of almost 1,400 rental apartments and just over 12,000 sqm of commercial premises.

Norway — Balder has today issued a flagging announcement that they have acquired 5 percent of the shares in Entra.

Sweden — Balder has today signed an agreement to acquire Masmästaren, and will take the company into possession during the first quarter of 2021.

Sweden — The main owners of the real estate company Swedish Logistic Property – SLP – have made a decision to list the company on the stock exchange and the fast-growing company has already begun work on preparing the company for an upcoming listing. The aim is set on the Stockholm Stock Exchange's main list and the plan is for a listing to be completed during the beginning of 2022.

Norway — Fastighets AB Balder is acquiring 50 percent of the Norwegian company Anthon B Nilsen Eiendom AS. The transaction includes the Anthon B Nilsen Group’s total real estate portfolio with properties in Oslo and in Lahaugmoen, and also a development portfolio of 170,000 sqm in eastern Norway. The market value of the properties that are included in the transaction is about NOK 3,000 million.

Sweden — On 1 September, Eva Sigurgeirsdottir will take over the position of Director of economy at Balder.

Sweden — Due to the allegations of offences directed against two of Balder’s senior executives, Balders Board of Directors have decided with immediate effect assign Jesper Mårtensson as acting CFO of Fastighets AB Balder.

Sweden — Swedish Logistic Property, founded by Swedish real estate profiles Peter Strand, Greg Dingizian and Erik Selin, completed their first transaction with the acquisition of two logistics properties in the Malmö area.

Denmark — Starting from 1 April 2019, Flemming Joseph Jensen will take over as CEO of Balder Denmark. Flemming Joseph Jensen will retain his current position as CEO of Sjaelsö Management and will divide his working time between the two businesses.

Sweden — Erik Selin, Greg Dingizian, Peter Strand and Mikael Hofmann initiates a warehouse and logistics venture – Swedish Logistics Property.

Sweden — In an agreement with Stockholms Travsällskap as selling parts Balder has acquired future building rights of some about 83 000 sqm, corresponding to six blocks of housing and commercial premises for both commerce and local service.
