”The demand for warehouse and logistics properties is very high and there is space for more investors on the market. Through the ownership behind the company we have both financial strength and significant competence within the segment,” says the company's Chairman Peter Strand.

Peter Strand and Greg Dingizian have been colleagues at Victoria Park for a long time. Balder’s Erik Selin was a former owner at Victoria Park as well. Mikael Hofmann stands behind Er-Ho Bygg, that belongs to the larger owners in Brinova, alongside Balder.

SLP is currently active in multiple acquisition processes and counts on being able to complete their first acquisition during early 2019. The company’s expansion will take place both through acquisitions of existing units and by developing new logistics locations.

SLP has recruited Christian Berglund as Head of Properties and Nicklas Schmidt as Head of Leasing. They both most recently came from Catena and will start their new jobs during Q1 2019.

“We are very happy to tie Christian and Nicklas to the company. They both have a lot of experience that will be very useful for SLP and the company’s future development” says Peter Strand.

SLP will set up their headquarters in Malmö and they will move into their new office spaces in Lockarp after the end of the year.
