The properties, which are fully leased, together comprise over 7,000 square meters of lettable area with the possibility of future new construction. The rental value amounts to approximately MSEK 6 annually.

"We are pleased to be able to implement SLP's first acquisition in one of Sweden's most expansive and interesting regions. The properties we acquire are in attractive locations and are in good condition. Through unutilized building rights, we also have the opportunity for future new construction," says Peter Strand, chairman of the board of SLP.

SLP is currently in a number of other acquisition processes and expects continued acquisitions in the spring.

"Earlier this week, SLP accessed the newly built premises in Lockarp. At the same time, Christian Berglund took up his position as real estate manager at SLP and Nicklas Schmidt as a business developer in the company. This means that we are now well equipped for continued acquisitions in accordance with our growth strategy," says Peter Strand.
