Sweden — After nearly 15 years as CEO of the company, P-G Persson has informed Platzer's board that he wishes to leave his position. Persson will continue to work as CEO in the company until the annual general meeting in March 2023.

Sweden — Wallenstam is acquiring a project close to the city in Stockholm from Ikano Bostad. The project has a completed zoning plan and the planned production start is already in 2023.

Sweden — NCC is divesting the Albatross logistics project in Arendal to Barings for an agreed property value of approximately SEK 530 million.

Sweden — Convendum is expanding its establishment in Gothenburg and has agreed to lease 4,260 square meters in Wallenstam’s property at Stampgatan 14 in Gothenburg.

Sweden — DHL Supply Chain recently leased an additional 5,900 square meters at the Prologis logistics park in Torslanda, Gothenburg. The agreement includes the entire logistics space at the DC2 property. DHL is now leasing two complete facilities at the park, a total of 36,000 square meters.

Sweden — In collaboration with HSB Gothenburg, NCC will construct 141 tenant-owner apartments in Gothenburg. The apartments represent the final phase in the new Fixfabiken residential area that is being developed in western Gothenburg. The order value is approximately SEK 365 million.

Sweden — NCC and Jernhusen have entered a joint venture to develop Park Central, the first phase of the Region City venture in Gothenburg.

Sweden — Wallenstam has signed an agreement to acquire a commercial property in central Gothenburg for an agreed property value of SEK 1,125 million. The property will be taken into possession on February 1, 2022.

Sweden — Niam has entered into a joint-venture with Magnolia Bostad to develop two residential blocks in Gothenburg. The project is estimated to include around 350 condominiums and rental apartments, in varying sizes.

Sweden — Castellum has signed a letter of intent with the Port of Gothenburg to jointly develop the Halvorsäng area into a leading Nordic logistics hub. The collaboration will be conducted in a partner company where Castellum and the port own equal parts. Castellum invests approximately SEK 1 billion in the project.

Sweden — The real estate company Revelop, which recently closed its fifth value-add fund at SEK 2.1 billion, has acquired 17 commercial properties with a combined lettable area of 85,000 sqm for a total of SEK 850 million.

Sweden — A major development project is now being initiated, in the so-called "Johanna site", during which the block will undergo careful remodelling and new construction, while buildings of cultural and historical interest will be preserved.

Sweden — Peab has been commissioned to build a middle school and two sports halls in Lundby on Hisingen in Gothenburg. The customer is the City of Gothenburg Property Management and the contract is worth SEK 517 million.

Sweden — Skanska has acquired an entire block in Gothenburg, for about SEK 220 Million. The seller is Fastighets AB L E Lundberg. The intention is to develop modern and sustainable office space on site over time. The possibility of adding housing will also be studied in the coming zoning process.

Sweden — Barings announces that it has agreed to acquire, in an off-market transaction, a newly built Grade A logistics asset, Sörred Kubiklager, in Gothenburg, Sweden, from multinational construction and development company Skanska, for EUR 26 million on behalf of a core investment strategy.
