After nearly 15 years as CEO of the company, P-G Persson has tonight informed Platzer's board that he wishes to leave his position. P-G will continue to work as CEO in the company until the annual general meeting in March 2023 and will then be available to the board and new CEO until the summer of 2023 to enable an orderly transition. The board immediately begins a recruitment process.

"Leaving as CEO of Platzer in connection with the annual general meeting in 2023 after 15 years feels both completely natural and a little strange at the same time. It has been a fantastically fun journey where we have gone from being a smaller unlisted real estate company to one of the leading listed real estate companies in Gothenburg. I am extremely grateful for the trust I have received from the owner, board and employees over the years to jointly implement the growth strategy we have had in the company that has taken us to where we are today. At the same time, I realize that I have been CEO of the company for many years and that it is time for me to make room for something else in my professional life. I don't have a new assignment coming up, but will carry on as usual at Platzer until the annual general meeting in 2023 and then look forward to following Platzer's continued growth journey a little more from a distance," says P-G Persson, CEO at Platzer.

"I would like to express my and the board's warm thanks to P-G for his valuable work during almost 15 years in the company. Under P-G's committed and driving leadership, the company has been successfully listed on the stock exchange and, through a clear strategy, has become a leading player in commercial real estate in Gothenburg. With P-G as CEO, Platzer has developed into a strong and value-creating property company on a stable financial basis. The board is now starting the process of recruiting a successor to drive the continued growth work and the realization of the company's vision of making Gothenburg Europe's best city to work in," says Charlotte Hybinette, Chairman of the Board at Platzer.
