Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with KOy Apron to build a hotel developed by LAK Real Estate Oy in Helsinki Airport, Finland. The contract is worth EUR 86M which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the third quarter of 2021.

Norway — Skanska has signed an agreement with Obos to build 121 apartments in, Norway. The contract is worth approximately NOK 480 million, about SEK 475 million, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the third quarter of 2021.

Sweden — Skanska invests EUR 69M, about SEK 700M, in the first phase of Studio, an office complex in Warsaw, Poland. The first building will offer a total leasable area of 17,600 square meters and will be 14 stories high.

Sweden — The construction giant Skanska has presented its Q2 figures.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with the City of Helsinki to renovate congress and event venue Finlandia Hall located in the center of Helsinki. The contract is worth EUR 88M, about SEK 890M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the second quarter of 2021.

Sweden — Skanska has divested an elderly care home in Sollentuna outside Stockholm, Sweden, for about SEK 280M. The buyer is Altura and lease agreements have previously been signed with Nytida and Vardaga.

Sweden — Skanska has divested a residential project consisting of rental apartments, senior apartments and a home for people with special needs in Malmö. The buyer is Bantorget Hyresbostäder AB. The selling price is about SEK 300 million.

Sweden — Skanska and the Development Office, City of Stockholm, have agreed on a new target cost for remaining and additional work on the reconstruction of Slussen, Stockholm, Sweden. The new target cost generates an order booking of about SEK 1.5 billion, which will be included in the order bookings for Skanska Sweden for the second quarter 2021.

Sweden — Skanska invests approximately USD 476M, about SEK 4.0 billion, in The Eight, its newest office development project in Bellevue, Washington, USA.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a 20-year lease agreement with Greenfood for a 44,000 square meter new food and logistics center in Långeberga, Helsingborg, Sweden. Greenfood is one of northern Europe's leading actors in healthy food.

Sweden — Skanska has divested land in Solna for about MSEK 300 to Specialfastigheter.

Sweden — Skanska invests about SEK 390M in the first stage of the office building Sthlm 02 in Stockholm, Sweden. The first phase of the seven-storey building will have a leasable area of approximately 7,600 square meters.

Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with Trondheim municipality to build Nidarvoll schools, a multi-purpose hall to the school and a rehabilitation center.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with Royal London Asset Management Ltd to build The Earnshaw Building in London, UK. The contract is worth GBP 83M, about SEK 950M.

Sweden — Skanska acquires one of the last large urban development areas in central Stockholm - the block for St. Erik's Eye Hospital. Skanska will develop the area with new homes, offices and premises.

Sweden — Fabege and Skanska Sweden are together acquiring approximately 150,000 square metres of land, which has become available as a result of the Mälarbanan railway line being expanded and partly put in a tunnel. This creates the conditions for extensive urban development, with space for 1,000 new homes and 2,000 new jobs next to Solna Business Park and into Huvudsta.

Denmark — Skanska has divested an office building, in Copenhagen, Denmark, for MDKK 917M. The buyer is Aviva Investors acting on behalf of one of its clients.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with Union Investment Real Estate Gmbh, UniImmo Deutschland fund to build rental apartments in Helsinki.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a 6-year lease agreement with The Swedish Transport Administration for approximately 6,000 square meters in the Aqua office building, which is currently being built in Malmö. With this lease the building is now about 70 percent occupied.

Sweden — Skanska has acquired an entire block in Gothenburg, for about SEK 220 Million. The seller is Fastighets AB L E Lundberg. The intention is to develop modern and sustainable office space on site over time. The possibility of adding housing will also be studied in the coming zoning process.

Sweden — Skanska has sold a terminal- and logistics property in Helsingborg, Sweden, for about SEK 200 Million to an investment consortium led by NRP.

Sweden — Skanska has divested 220 rental apartments in Stockholm to NREP for about SEK 720 million. The multi-family project, which is under construction, includes a garage and commercial premises on the ground floor.

Denmark — Skanska invests DKK 446 million, about SEK 600 million, in a new residential project in Copenhagen. The project covers 16,000 square meters and comprises 154 apartments and 130 underground parking lots.

Sweden — Skanska invests EUR 76M, about SEK 770M, in the first phase of Port7, a mixed-use project located in Prague, Czech Republic. The ten-story office building will have a total leasable area of around 27,700 square meters, with two underground parking levels. The investment also includes underground parking levels for the planned second phase of Port7. The construction contract is worth about CZK 1.7 billion, about SEK 640M, which will be included in the order bookings for Europe for the first quarter of 2021.
