Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with DNB Livsforsikring AS through their subsidiary Trondheim Torg AS for the renovation and expansion of their existing commercial office building in Trondheim, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 673M which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the first quarter of 2024.

Nordic — Skanska takes impairment charges and recognizes changes in fair market values of SEK 2.0 billion (EUR 182 million) in Commercial Property Development, Residential Development and Investment Properties.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a twelve-year lease agreement for approximately 13,000 square meters of office space in the new, self-developed Olivin property on western Kungsholmen in Stockholm.

Nordic — Skanska is investing approximately SEK 480 million in the second stage of the housing project Modransky cukrovar in Prague, Czech Republic. The current phase includes 126 apartments and six commercial premises. The contract is worth approximately SEK 860 million.

Sweden — Skanska divests Enköping's new municipal building, which is under construction, to Vacse for approximately SEK 250 million (EUR 21.4 million).

Sweden — Skanska Commercial Property Development Nordic has divested the office building Hyllie Terrass in Malmö, Sweden, to Skanska Investment Properties for about SEK 730M after deduction of remaining investments and deferred tax.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with the City of Helsinki to build new apartments in Helsinki, Finland. The contract is worth EUR 31M, about SEK 360M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2023.

Sweden — Skanska cancels order for preparatory works for emergency hospital in Växjö, Sweden, worth about SEK 1.2 billion (EUR 103 million).

Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with the Municipality of Bergen to build Midtbygda care home in Bergen, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 548M (approximately EUR 47.5 million).

Nordic — Skanska has finalized a contract with Seagen to construct a 25,000 square meter biomanufacturing facility for the global biotechnology company. The contract is worth USD 215 M, about SEK 2.25 billion.

Nordic — In July, Skanska signed a contract with Lehigh University to comprehensively redevelop the historic Clayton University Center on its campus in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, USA. The contract is worth USD 70M, about SEK 730M, which will be included in the US order bookings for the third quarter 2023.

Sweden — Skanska announces order cancellation in Massachusetts, USA, worth USD 112M, about SEK 1.2 billion.
