Denmark — Skanska invests DKK 529M, about SEK 780M, in a new multi-family residential project in Herlev.

Nordic — Ståle Rød has been appointed Executive Vice President at Skanska Group. He will step into his new position and join Skanska's Group Leadership Team on January 1, 2023. Ståle Rød will be responsible for the business units Skanska Central Europe, Skanska UK, Skanska Norway, and Skanska Residential Development Europe. He currently holds the position as Business Unit President Skanska Norway.

Sweden — Skanska Commercial Property Development Nordic has divested the office building Sthlm 01 in Stockholm to Skanska Investment Properties for about SEK 2.3 billion. The internal transaction has no effect on the cash flow and will be recorded in the fourth quarter 2022. The transfer will take place immediately.

Sweden — Skanska Commercial Property Development has divested the office building Aqua in Malmö, Sweden, to Skanska Investment Properties for about SEK 600M.

Sweden — Skanska invests in Kaye, a multi-family development project in Seattle, Washington, USA. The total investment is USD 296M, about SEK 3 billion. The construction contract is worth USD 190M, about SEK 1.9 billion, which will be included in the US order bookings for the fourth quarter 2022.

Finland — Skanska invests in a residential development project in Helsinki, Finland. The total investment amounts to EUR 45M, about SEK 500M. The construction contract is worth EUR 32M, about SEK 350M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the fourth quarter of 2022.

Finland — Skanska invests in a residential development project in Espoo. The total investment amounts to EUR 38M, about SEK 400M. The building will be 17 storeys high and consists of 133 apartments.

Sweden — Helena Knutsson has been appointed general counsel in Skanska Sweden. She takes up her position on 1 November this year.

Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with the Municipality of Bergen to build a new secondary school in Bergen, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 370M, about SEK 390M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the fourth quarter 2022.

Sweden — Skanska has signed an agreement with The Swedish Fortifications Agency to build offices, warehouses and workshops.

Sweden — Swedish construction company Skanska has signed a contract with RWJBarnabas Health to build an ambulatory care cancer center in Livingston, New Jersey, USA. The contract is worth USD 58M, about SEK 570M, which will be included in the US order bookings for the third quarter 2022.

Sweden — Skanska has signed an agreement with Fabege to build a new office building with associated innovation center for High-speed separators in Flemingsberg, Stockholm. The agreement is worth approximately SEK 800 million.

Sweden — Skanska signed a contract amendment with Oregon Health & Science University for its Hospital Expansion Project in Portland, Oregon, USA. The contract amendment is worth USD 63M, about SEK 620M, which will be included in the US order bookings for the third quarter 2022.

Denmark — Skanska invests DKK 543M, about SEK 770M, in a new office building in Havneholmen in Copenhagen. FLSmidth will lease seven out of ten floors, making the building 80 percent leased.

Sweden — Skanska increased revenue – adjusted for currency effects – by 18 percent during Q2.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with The Hospital District of Southwest Finland to build a hospital building in Turku.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with Ruskeasuon Varikkokiinteistö Oy, a subsidiary of City Transport Ltd, to build a tram and bus depot in Helsinki, Finland. The contract is worth EUR 101M.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with the Development Office at the City of Stockholm to build a new quay in Stockholm.

Sweden — Skanska divests the office building Snäckan 8, which will be built in central Stockholm, Sweden, for about SEK 2.7 billion. The buyer is Slussgården, as previously announced.

Nordic — Skanska has divested the office building Nowy Rynek D in Poznan, Poland, to Eastnine for EUR 121M.

Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with Trondheim Postgård DA, owned by Reitan AS, to build a new theatre and museum in Trondheim.

Sweden — Skanska has acquired about 3,000 square meters of land in Washington, DC, USA. The seller is Brandywine Realty Trust. The land acquisition amounts to USD 30M.

Sweden — Skanska divests the office building The Loop in Lund, Sweden, for about SEK 570M. The buyer is Vectura.
