Sweden — K2A buys the property Växjö Skärvet 11 from Skanska. The transaction is based on a property value of approximately MSEK 134 and K2A will access the project upon completion, which is scheduled for Q2 2022.

Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with Helse Sør Øst to build a psychiatric hospital in Kristiansand.

Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with the Municipality of Bergen to build Åsane care home in Bergen, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 370 million, about SEK 380 million, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the second quarter 2020.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with Stena Fastigheter to build multi-family buildings in Ekebäckshöjd in Gothenburg, Sweden. The contract is worth about SEK 550M, which will be included in the order bookings for Sweden for the first quarter 2020.

Sweden — Skanska has sold the office building Generation Park Z in Warsaw, Poland, to Deka Immobilien for EUR 98M.

Finland — Skanska and Lumo homes, a Kojamo Group company, have signed an agreement on the construction of rental housing in Leinelä, Vantaa.

Denmark — Skanska has divested the first phase of the residential project Kejserhaven in Hillerød, Denmark, for DKK 154 M, about SEK 220 M. The buyer is Hillerød Residential Denmark ApS, an investment company managed by Pareto Securities. The transaction will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the first quarter 2020.

Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF to build Oslo City Emergency Center, Norway. The contract is worth about NOK 1.5 billion, about SEK 1.6 billion, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the first quarter 2020.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with Oulu University Hospital to build a new hospital building in Oulu, Finland. Skanska’s share of the contract is worth EUR 190 M, about SEK 2.0 billion, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the first quarter of 2020.

Sweden — Skanska has divested the office building Solna United in Solna, Sweden, for about SEK 3.3 billion to a fund managed by DWS. The transaction will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the first quarter 2020. The transfer of the property will take place in June 2020.

Sweden — Skanska has signed an additional contract with an existing client to provide new construction work and project management services at a manufacturing facility in Western USA.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with Great Elm Assets Limited, in association with Old Park Lane Management Limited and their Development Partner CO—RE, to construct the commercial office building 20 Ropemaker Street in Central London, UK. The contract is worth GBP 240 M, about SEK 3.0 billion.

Norway — Skanska invests NOK 470 M, about SEK 500 M, in the sixth phase of the residential project Ensjø Torg in Oslo, Norway. The construction contract is worth NOK 372 M, about SEK 400 M.

Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with The Arctic Student Welfare Organization to build new student housing in Svalbard, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 310 M, about SEK 320 M.

Sweden — Skanska is investing USD 221 M, about SEK 2.1 billion in The Heming, a new multi-family development in Tysons, Virginia, USA. The construction contract is worth about USD 150 M, about SEK 1.4 billion.

Sweden — Skanska divests a 90 percent interest in the Bank of America Tower office property in Houston, Texas, for USD 373M, about EUR 337M, to an affiliate of Beacon Capital Partners.

Sweden — Skanska sells a care home in Gothenburg to Altura for MSEK 290.

Denmark — Skanska invests MDKK 160 M (EUR 21M) in the residential project Kejserhaven in Hillerød, Denmark. The project consists of 106 apartments, divided into five buildings with a total area of 8,900 square meters.

Sweden — Skanska invests about MSEK 420 in a new office project at Universitetsholmen in Malmö. The Aqua office building comprises nine floors and will have a leasable area of about 10,000 square meters.

Denmark — Skanska invests DKK 585 million, about SEK 830 million, in the second phase of the mixed-use project Ørestad City in Copenhagen.

Sweden — Skanska has sold the office building Aura in Malmö, Sweden, for SEK 430 million. The buyer is Vasakronan. The divestment will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the fourth quarter 2019.

Denmark — Skanska has signed an 8-year lease with GlobalConnect A/S for 9,250 square meters and 115 parking spaces at the office complex CPH Highline in Copenhagen.

Sweden — Skanska has signed an 11-year lease with Interpublic Group subsidiaries MullenLowe and Mediahub for about 10,600 square meters at Two Drydock in Boston.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with Citycon Oyj, a leading owner, manager and developer of urban shopping centres in the Nordic and Baltic region, to construct the Lippulaiva shopping center in Espoo, Finland. The contract is worth about EUR 170 M, about SEK 1.8 billion.
