Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with the City of Helsinki to build new apartments in Helsinki, Finland. The contract is worth EUR 34M, about SEK 350M, to be included in the Nordic order bookings for the fourth quarter 2020.

Sweden — Skanska sells the second building from the Spark office complex located in Warsaw, Poland, to Stena Fastigheter for EUR 70 M, about MSEK 720.

Finland — Nordic Aged Care Fund (Northern Horizon’s 3rd Fund in the aged care series) has acquired a care home in Lahti, Finland from Skanska Finland for circa EUR 20M.

Finland — Aberdeen Standard Investments and Ailon have commissioned Skanska to build its first micro-living project in Finland, Music Tower, located in Helsinki’s Jätkäsaari. Construction work has already commenced and the project will be completed in spring 2022.

Sweden — Skanska will begin work on the redevelopment of Norfolk House in October 2020 for its customer, Sateria Investments Limited.

Sweden — Skanska has sold a portfolio of five multifamily projects in Skåne, Sweden, for a total of approximately SEK 1.5 billion. The investor is KPA Pension, part of Folksamgruppen.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with Akademiska Hus to build new Forum Medicum in Lund. The project covers 15,000 square meters of science and education facilities for the faculty of Medicine at Lund University.

Sweden — Skanska invests EUR 65 M, about SEK 670 M, in the first phase of the new office complex H2Offices located in Budapest, Hungary. It will offer a total leasable area of about 26,000 square meters.

Sweden — Skanska has acquired about 11,500 square meters of land in Houston, Texas. The seller is Houston Westmont LP and the acquisition amounts to USD 27 M, about SEK 236 M.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with the Florida Department of Transportation to design and build a new interchange at State Road 557 of Interstate 4 (I-4) in Polk City, Florida, USA. Skanska will include the contract worth USD 70 M, about SEK 615 M, in the US order bookings for the third quarter of 2020.

Sweden — Skanska invests EUR 76 million, about SEK 780 million in the P180 office building in Warsaw, Poland. The construction contract is worth about SEK 310 million.

Sweden — Operating income increased 16 percent and amounted to SEK 3.7 billion (3.2); no currency effects.

Sweden — The contract value is GBP 37 M or about SEK 450 M.

Sweden — Skanska has sold the retirement home Villa Brogården in Alingsås, Sweden, for about MSEK 260. The buyer is Northern Horizon through its real estate fund Nordiska vårdhem.

Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration on the construction of a new bridge in Trondheim, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 805 M, about SEK 800 M, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the third quarter 2020.

Sweden — Skanska has sold a retirement home consisting of 60 apartments in the neighbourhood Gåsen in Helsingborg, Sweden for about MSEK 202, to Folksam.

Sweden — K-Fastigheter and Boklok have signed an agreement on the development of a building right in Gävle, and are planning to construct 60 rental apartments with a lettable area of 3,876 square metres.

Sweden — Skanska has sold a sustainable retirement home with 80 apartments in the new district of Täby Park in Stockholm for about MSEK 320. The buyer is SPP Fastigheter. The transaction will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Nordic in the second quarter 2020. The transfer is planned for March 2022.

Sweden — K2A buys the property Växjö Skärvet 11 from Skanska. The transaction is based on a property value of approximately MSEK 134 and K2A will access the project upon completion, which is scheduled for Q2 2022.

Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with Helse Sør Øst to build a psychiatric hospital in Kristiansand.

Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with the Municipality of Bergen to build Åsane care home in Bergen, Norway. The contract is worth NOK 370 million, about SEK 380 million, which will be included in the Nordic order bookings for the second quarter 2020.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with Stena Fastigheter to build multi-family buildings in Ekebäckshöjd in Gothenburg, Sweden. The contract is worth about SEK 550M, which will be included in the order bookings for Sweden for the first quarter 2020.

Sweden — Skanska has sold the office building Generation Park Z in Warsaw, Poland, to Deka Immobilien for EUR 98M.
