Norway — Skanska has purchased a 19,000 square meter building plot in Oslo for MNOK 340 (EUR 35M).

Norway — Skanska will build a hydroelectric power plant in the Norwegian Tolga municipality in Hedmark.

Sweden — Skanska has signed an agreement with the City of Gothenburg to build a residential block with 249 apartments in Gothenburg, Sweden. The contract is worth about MSEK 500 (EUR 48M).

Sweden — Skanska sold Mill Park, a two-building office project in Budapest, Hungary, to the real estate fund of Erste Alapkezelő Zrt., a subsidiary of Erste Asset Management GmbH, for EUR 100M.

Finland — Skanska has sold the office building K6 in Helsinki for EUR 53M. The buyer is Senate Properties.

Finland — Skanska has signed a contract with The University Properties of Finland to build a new multi-purpose building in the campus area of Åbo Akademi University and the University of Turku in Turku, Finland. The contract is worth EUR 69M.

Sweden — Skanska has sold a logistics facility to be built in Arlandastad, Sigtuna, for about EUR 23M. The buyer is Logicenters.

Norway — Skanska has signed a contract with the University of Bergen to build a new education facilities at the campus area in Bergen, Norway. The contract is worth MNOK 295 (EUR 31M).

Sweden — Rikshem has bought a combined retirement home and rental apartments for senior citizens in Älvängen, outside of Gothenburg, from Skanska.

Sweden — Skanska has sold two commercial properties in Gothenburg and Mölndal, Sweden, for about SEK 340 M. The buyer is an investment consortium put together by NRP. Wilfast has assisted the buyer and will manage the portfolio.
