The property comprises a state-of-the-art head office property on Kungsholmen, Stockholm, of approx. 20,500 sqm with LEED Platinum certification located close to the subway station Stadshagen. The property was completed 2013/2014 and was acquired by Invesco Real Estate together with its Nordic operating partner, Scius Partners, from Skanska in Q3 2014.
