Sweden — Skanska divests a court building in Växjö, where the Swedish Courts Administration is a tenant, for approximately SEK 490 million (EUR 45 million).

Sweden — Skanska Sweden is selling Norrliden's new care facilities, with Region Kalmar län as tenant, to Vacse for approximately SEK 150 million. Project planning is ongoing and the intention is that construction can begin next year. Vacse will take over the property in connection with completion at the end of 2026.

Sweden — Skanska divests Enköping's new municipal building, which is under construction, to Vacse for approximately SEK 250 million (EUR 21.4 million).

Sweden — Castellum is divesting a soon-to-be-completed property with the Swedish National Courts Administration as the sole tenant. The building will house the Göta Court of Appeal and the Administrative Court of Appeal in Jönköping. The underlying property value witch is in line with book to value, amounts to SEK 510 M with a market-based deduction for deferred taxes.

Sweden — Skanska Sweden invests in an office building in central Jönköping. The property is simultaneously sold to Vacse for about SEK 500 M. The Swedish Agencies for Agriculture and Forestry (Jordbruksverket and Skogsstyrelsen) becomes tenants.

Sweden — Vacse purchases Skanska’s Skeppsbron project in Jönköping – 16,000 square meters with Jordbruksverket and Skogsstyrelsen as tenants.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with the Swedish National Courts Administration to build new court- and office premises in Sollentuna, Sweden. In connection with the contract writing, the contract is transferred from the Swedish National Courts Administration to Vacse.

Sweden — Stenvalvet purchases the 30,000 sqm social property Eldsund 6:6 in Strängnäs from Vacse for EUR 53M.

Sweden — Skanska has divested Vallastadens school in Linköping, Sweden, for MSEK 200 (€21M). The buyer is Vacse AB.
