Sweden — Skanska divests Enköping's new municipal building, which is under construction, to Vacse for approximately SEK 250 million (EUR 21.4 million).

Sweden — In two separate deals, Corem has signed agreements for the sale of two properties at an underlying property value of SEK 164 million (EUR 14.9 million), which is in line with book value.

Sweden — Skanska divests the new Borås district court building to Vacse for about SEK 320M. The transaction will be recorded by Skanska commercial property development in the second quarter of 2023.

Sweden — Skanska Sweden's commercial development together with Vacse wins the tender for the construction of Enköping's new town hall. The new municipal building will be a flexible office building with high sustainability requirements centrally located in Enköping.

Sweden — Castellum is divesting a soon-to-be-completed property with the Swedish National Courts Administration as the sole tenant. The building will house the Göta Court of Appeal and the Administrative Court of Appeal in Jönköping. The underlying property value witch is in line with book to value, amounts to SEK 510 M with a market-based deduction for deferred taxes.

Sweden — Skanska Sweden invests in an office building in central Jönköping. The property is simultaneously sold to Vacse for about SEK 500 M. The Swedish Agencies for Agriculture and Forestry (Jordbruksverket and Skogsstyrelsen) becomes tenants.

Sweden — Vacse purchases Skanska’s Skeppsbron project in Jönköping – 16,000 square meters with Jordbruksverket and Skogsstyrelsen as tenants.

Sweden — Skanska has signed a contract with the Swedish National Courts Administration to build new court- and office premises in Sollentuna, Sweden. In connection with the contract writing, the contract is transferred from the Swedish National Courts Administration to Vacse.

Sweden — Stenvalvet purchases the 30,000 sqm social property Eldsund 6:6 in Strängnäs from Vacse for EUR 53M.

Sweden — Skanska has divested Vallastadens school in Linköping, Sweden, for MSEK 200 (€21M). The buyer is Vacse AB.
