The purchaser is NP3 and the change of possession will take place on March 31, 2017.
 
The portfolio being sold comprises office and warehouse premises, totaling about 48,000 sqm., spread over about 13,000 sqm. in Sundsvall and 35,000 sqm. in Östersund. The sale means that Castellum is leaving Östersund.
 
The total rental value amounts to about EUR 5M. Major tenants include Prolympia, Arbetsförmedlingen (the Swedish Public Employment Service) and Bridgestone Sweden AB. The economic occupancy rate is 80 per cent and the average contract length is 3.4 years.
 
“The deal is part of the divestments we announced and means that we continue to concentrate our operations by reducing the number of cities where we operate," says Henrik Saxborn, Castellum's CEO.

Sundsvall: Vandringsmannen 3,4, 5 and 6.
Östersund: Fältjägaren 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 and Lugnet 7.
