Norway — Bergen municipality has commissioned Veidekke to transform the old central baths in the city centre into a performing arts centre. The contract is a collaborative construction project valued at NOK 330 million excluding VAT with additional options.

Norway — The Norwegian real estate company Entra has renewed the lease with the Norwegian tax authority.

Norway — JM has acquired building rights for the development of approximately 130 homes in Brundalen near the center of Trondheim and building rights for the development of approximately 75 homes in the center of Bergen.

Norway — Veidekke has signed a contract with Sartor Holding AS to build Nygatakvartalet at Straume in Øygarden municipality. The project consists of two buildings with a total of 75 rental apartments and retail premises. The commission is a design and build contract valued at almost NOK 210 million, excluding VAT.

Norway — The parties have agreed to Veidekke’s acquisition of 100% of shares in Constructa Entreprenør AS. This further strengthens Veidekke’s position in the attractive Bergen market.
