JM has acquired building rights for the development of approximately 130 homes in Brundalen near the center of Trondheim. The acquisition amounts to approximately SEK 86 million (EUR 7.84 million), with entry into force during the fourth quarter of 2023 and payment of liquidation during the first quarter of 2024. The acquisition will be reported within business segment JM Norway during the fourth quarter of 2023.

The property has a legally binding detailed plan that allows the development of approximately 130 homes, with an estimated start of production in the second half of 2024. JM has previously developed 174 homes within the framework of the Strindalia project.

"The latest stage in Strindalia was completed in 2023 and it is gratifying that through this acquisition JM Norway has the opportunity to add about 130 homes in the Strindalia project", says Petter Sunde, regional director of JM Norway AS.

JM also acquires building rights for the development of around 75 homes in central Bergen. The acquisition amounts to approximately SEK 82 million (EUR 7.47 million), with entry into force during the fourth quarter of 2023 and payment of liquidation during the first half of 2024. Here, too, the acquisition will be reported within the JM Norway business segment during the fourth quarter of 2023.

The property has a legally binding detailed plan that allows the development of approximately 75 homes and 1,100 square meters of business premises. The property is centrally located in the heart of an attractive area in Bergen, with immediate proximity to public transport.

"This is an acquisition that strengthens our presence in Bergen and is part of JM's long-term strategy to grow in the region", says Petter Sunde, regional director of JM Norway AS.
