The new lease has a term of 10.5 years starting in the first quarter of 2025. The property is to be renovated and the tenant will therefore move temporarily to 7,000 square meters at Entra's property at Kaigaten 9 in Bergen between the first quarter of 2024 and the first quarter of 2025.
