Atlas Industrifus is a newly started company with a green investment strategy, where approximately 70 percent of the rentable area meets new production standards with high energy performance.

The properties are located in urban industrial and commercial areas and in strategic locations close to the E4. Acquisitions include cash flow properties, raw land and vacant buildings with development rights.

The acquired properties are:

• Nedra Runby 1:26, Upplands Väsby

• Täckeråker 2:16, Haninge

• Magnetspolen 5, Linköping

• Magnetspolen 8, Linköping

• Glassskärvan 2, Linköping

• Glasberget 4, Linköping

• Stödstorp 2:14, Vaggeryd

The remaining portfolio will be updated and undergo energy renovations with the goal of environmental certification of most of the portfolio.

"We are very satisfied with the properties and locations we acquired, and we are grateful for good collaborations with both property owners and tenants. Atlas Industrifus has strived to take advantage of the current market situation and focused on qualitative acquisitions below replacement cost, with clear potential for energy efficiency, says Hampus Brodin, CEO and founder of Atlas Industrihus.

Newsec acted as advisor to the seller in the transaction for Nedra Runby 1:26, and New Property was advisor in the transaction for Stödstorp 2:14. Other deals were carried out off-market. Walthon Advokater and Real Advokatbyrå acted as advisors to the buyer.

Atlas Industrihus has, among other things, carried out a lease to Motonet on a ten-year agreement of 3,300 sqm for the property Glasskärvan 2, which was acquired vacant.

"The current portfolio provides a solid foundation for continued expansion, and we continue to maintain a high pace of both acquisitions and lettings. The portfolio also includes building rights for approximately another 20,000 sqm which we plan to activate in 2025, when the market conditions for development projects are more favorable," says Hampus Brodin.
