Prisma Properties has acquired a property in Östhammar, next to a retail park that includes well-established brands such as ICA, Coop, Ö&B, and Jysk. As part of the acquisition, Prisma signed a 15-year lease agreement with Dollarstore to develop a new 3,100-square-meter store. The store is scheduled to open in October 2025.
