Logistic Contractor has been building and developing large logistic properties in Sweden for a decade.

“We see a very interesting market in Norway for this kind of modern and rational logistics facilities, which is Logistic Contractor’s specialty. By being present with our own organisation we will be closer to the potential customers and show that we want to be long term investors on the Norwegian logistics market” says Jörgen Andersson, Deputy CEO at the Wästbygg Group.

The work of recruiting key employees to the Oslo office is underway and the business will begin this spring.

Wästbygg is one of Sweden’s largest privately owned construction companies with offices in Gothenburg, Borås, Stockholm, Varberg and Jönköping.
