Norway — Niam continues its Nordic expansion in the logistics market with the acquisition of a 64,000 square meter Norwegian logistics property from Logistic Contractor.

Sweden — Wästbygg has been commissioned to build brf Prisma in Mölndal for HSB. Brf Prisma comprises 58 apartments and common areas distributed over two buildings.

Nordic — Benn Karlberg resigns as CEO of Wästbygg Gruppen's group company Logistic Contractor. He is also leaving the company's group management.

Sweden — Wästbygg's CFO Jessico Gårdmo has announced that she is leaving her position and group management for new challenges outside the group.

Sweden — Wästbygg plans to implement personnel cuts of approximately 70 positions. At the same time, Inwita Fastigheter, the group's company for management and ownership of self-developed community properties, is to be shut down.

Sweden — Today, on 21 March, the Board decided to appoint Jonas Jönehall, currently CFO and Deputy CEO, as the Wästbygg Group’s new CEO. He replaces Jörgen Andersson, who will remain at the company as a board member and assume a role that focuses on investment and growth. Jörgen Andersson will also become chair of the tender and investment committee.

Sweden — Wästbygg is selling its self-developed residential project Journalen 1 in Sege Park, Malmö, to Lansa Fastigheter through a forward funding arrangement. Journalen 1 comprises an entire block of 177 rental apartments and it will have Silver level certification according to Miljöbyggnad. The agreed property value is approximately SEK 400 million.

Sweden — Wästbygg AB has signed an agreement with Niam to acquire building rights in northern Stockholm at an agreed property value of approximately SEK 310 million.

Sweden — Wästbygg Gruppen is among the first companies in Sweden to apply for and receive Nasdaq Green Equity Designation.

Sweden — Logistic Contractor, which is part of the Wästbygg Group, has signed an agreement with Niam. Niam acquires, through one of its funds, a logistics facility under production in Farsta south of Stockholm. The transaction is being carried out as a forward commitment, where Niam will take over the property when it is completed during the first quarter of 2022. The purchase price amounts to approximately SEK 900 million.

Norway — Logistic Contractor continues its expansion in the Nordic market. Espen B. Danielsen has now been recruited to the company's office in Oslo for a newly established position as Sales and Business Development Manager.

Sweden — Logistic Contractor, which is part of Wästbygg Gruppen, has signed an agreement with Northvolt to construct the base building for their facility for the manufacture of batteries in Skellefteå.

Norway — Logistic Contractor, which is a part of the Swedish Wästbygg Group, has started a subsidiary aiming for Norway.
