The properties have a total lettable area of ​​3,400 square meters and are located on Allégatan, in the middle of central Borås. The properties are covered by a detailed plan that won legal force in 2021. The detailed plan allows the construction of two additional floors for housing and offices, which enables an expansion of approximately 2,000 square meters.

"Long-term property ownership is not part of our priority business. We are therefore selling these properties, which offer the new owner interesting development opportunities," says Joakim Efraimsson, CEO of Wästbygg AB.
