The building rights comprise two tenant-owner associations with a total of 89 apartments. The apartments will be certified according to the Nordic Ecolabel Svanen.
“This is the third and final development area in Näsby Slottspark. The location is the best imaginable, directly adjacent to Näsbyviken with its marina and shoreline trail, as well as to the nice environment surrounding Näsby Castle. At the same time, central Stockholm is only 10 km away and the Roslagsbanan Näsby Allé train station is within easy walking distance,” says Joakim Efraimsson, CEO of Wästbygg AB.
There is an approved zoning plan for this project.
“We are ready to start the project and will put the apartments up for sale immediately. As we know that there is a strong demand for apartments in this area, and we see a continued demand on the housing market, the ground preparations will also begin right away,” Joakim Efraimsson concludes.
