The architecture, with angled roofs, gives both the houses and the apartments an out-of-the-ordinary design. The order value amounts to SEK 132 million and BRF Prisma must be certified according to Miljöbyggnad Silver.

"It is a positive and very welcome signal from the housing market that we can start construction of these fine homes for HSB Mölndal. In parallel with HSB working on the sale of the apartments, we have completed planning and also some preparatory ground work according to a separate planning order, which is why we will to start production immediately," says Joakim Efraimsson, CEO of Wästbygg AB.

BRF Prisma should be ready for occupancy in the summer of 2026.

When the agreement was signed in March, the assignment is included in Wästbygg Gruppen's order intake for the first quarter.
