Along Allégatan in central Borås are Vile 3 and 4, two properties that Pulsen Fastigheter and RO-Gruppen in a joint consortium now acquired by Wästbygg Gruppen.

"We strongly believe in the center of Borås. The properties have a fantastic location and are attractive both as homes, offices and shops. Together with the RO-Gruppen, we have extensive experience in construction, property development and management and thus great opportunities to develop these properties further ," says Christer Södeliden, CEO of Pulsen Fastigheter.

The premises today house two high schools, Sound & Image School and Bäckängsgymnasiet. In total, it is about 3,405 square meters of rentable area, and with a new detailed plan there are great opportunities to develop the properties.
