Rimfeldt Acquires 14,000 sqm in Oslo from H&M

Norway — Rimfeldt has acquired a property from H&M in Berger in Metropolitan Oslo. The property of 14,000 sqm consisiting of 2,000 sqm offices and 12,000 sqm warehouse.

Rimfeldt owns the adjacent property as well as a 19,000 sqm large development property on the same side of E6. With the latest acquisition Rimfeldt now owns a total of 100,000 sqm in the area.
