Piren 2 is located in the center of one of Europe's leading technology clusters, next to Lindholmen Science Park and the Radisson Blu Riverside Hotel. The building is developed by Skanska and will be certified according to the LEED International Environmental Certification System, with a high focus on energy consumption and sustainable materials selection.
